DIANA MALLIDIS

Owner of Naturopathy with Diana, Naturopath (BHSc)

Diana has been drawn to Natural health care from a young age and grew up knowing exactly what she wanted to be, but was most probably influenced by her mother’s efforts to raise her children in a low-toxicity lifestyle. Throughout her childhood Diana enjoyed visits with her family naturopath and indulged in her grandparent’s homegrown fruits and vegetables whilst playing in their gardens. Nowadays, in her spare time, you can find Diana in her own garden where she grows medicinal herbs, flowers and veggies (under the watchful eye of her pappou).

Diana’s passion for health and wellness sees her bring together a blend of traditional knowledge and evidence based scientific research to best support each individual. She understands the multi-dimensional aspect to health where links are seen between our physical symptoms and our emotions. Herbs and nutrition, alongside energetic medicine are used to empower you to reconnect to your body’s own innate ability to heal.

Diana’s wish for you, is to support and empower you in dealing with your health. Her intention is to help you understand your body and its nuances, to help you nurture yourself and provide you with the tools to elicit the change you require to bring you back to yourself.

Diana takes pride in helping you understand your body and what it will take to restore and maintain your health. She is available to answer any of your questions to determine whether naturopathy is right for you.

Diana completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health and is a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
